Im Oktober 2013 nehmen sieben neue Rechtskulturen Fellows ihre Arbeit in Berlin auf.  Der Rechtswissenschaftler José-Manuel Barreto, die Rechtswissenschaftlerin und Anthropologin Shakira M. Bedoya Sanchez, die Historikerin Anne Clément, der Politikwissenschaftler Philip Liste, die Anthropologin und Verwaltungswissenschaftlerin Larissa Vetters, die Rechtsanthropologin Maaike Voorhoeve sowie der Historiker Ismail Warscheid sind an der Juristischen Fakultät der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin affiliiert.

Die Fellows werden sich und ihre Forschungsvorhaben am Montag, den 28. Oktober 2013 im Rechtskulturen Colloquium „Knowledge That (Net)Works – An Evening with the Rechtskulturen Fellows 2013-14“ vorstellen.

Die nächste Ausschreibung von sieben Rechtskulturen Fellowships für das akademische Jahr 2014/2015 erfolgt Ende November 2013. Bewerben können sich Postdoktorandinnen und Postdoktoranden in der frühen Phase ihrer wissenschaftlichen Laufbahn, die ein Vorhaben im Feld der interdisziplinären Rechtsforschung verfolgen.

On November 14–15, 2013, the University of Michigan Law School will host the Second Annual ASIL–ESIL–Rechtskulturen Workshop on International Legal Theory. It is a collaboration between Michigan Law School, the Interest Groups on International Legal Theory of the American and European Societies of International Law, and the Rechtskulturen Program.
 
Interested participants should submit an abstract (800 words maximum) summarizing the ideas they propose to develop for presentation at the workshop. Submissions of all proposals that engage the workshop’s theme are encouraged. Abstract submissions should be sent to asil.esil.rechtskulturen@gmail.com by July 21, 2013. Successful applicants will be notified by August 12, 2013. Papers must be fully drafted and ready for circulation by October 14, 2013.
