To create spaces of reflection and communication where structural shifts in legal transnationalisation can be revisited, thoughtful reflection is needed, as well as dynamic communication. The Secretariat  of the Berlin Research Network Recht im Kontext,  serving also as the Rechtskulturen Secretariat, is intended to support the creation of new spaces and places of scientific cooperation and confrontation, and to serve as a hub for innovative scholarship on law. We help bringing together scholars of law from a variety of disciplinary and regional backgrounds. And we develop new formats for scholarly debate and intellectual exchange, allowing for new inter- and transdisciplinary dynamics  to florish.

The Rechtskulturen Secretariat is based at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin and headed by Alexandra Kemmerer.

In all administrative and organizational matters, the Academic Coordinator is supported by Dr. Kerstin von der Krone and Sylvi Paulick.
